SCOOBIES Shipping Policy
At SCOOBIES Fashion, we're committed to delivering your orders safely and on time. We currently ship across India. We do not deliver to locations outside India at this time.
Order processing
Orders are processed within 1–3 business days after payment is confirmed. Business days exclude Sundays and public holidays. Orders placed on a weekend or public holiday are processed on the next working day.

The order value used for shipping excludes COD charges, shipping charges and any discounts from coupons or offers. Some remote locations may have additional shipping charges. Any applicable charges will be shown in your cart and at checkout before you pay.
COD charges of ₹[COD FEE] may apply to Cash on Delivery orders. Shipping and COD charges are non-refundable if an order is returned or cancelled.
Prices & taxes
All prices on our website include applicable taxes. The final amount shown at checkout is what you pay, with no hidden charges.
Estimated delivery time
Delivery usually takes 3–7 business days after dispatch, depending on your location and courier service. Remote areas, or orders shipped through India Post, may take up to 1–2 weeks.
The delivery date shown at checkout and in your order confirmation is an estimate and may change once your order ships. Delays can occasionally happen due to courier issues, weather, remote locations or other circumstances beyond our control. If a shipment is significantly delayed or cannot be traced, SCOOBIES may cancel the order and refund the amount paid.
Order tracking
Once your order ships, we'll send the courier name and tracking number to your registered email and/or phone number. If you haven't heard from us within 24 hours of dispatch, please check your spam folder. Tracking may take up to 24 hours to appear online after the courier's first scan.
Address changes
You can change your delivery address only before your order has shipped. Email care@scoobiesfashion.com as soon as possible with your order number and the new address. If the new address changes the shipping charges or isn't serviceable, we may not be able to accept the change.
Please make sure your shipping address and phone number are correct at checkout. SCOOBIES is not responsible for delays or failed deliveries caused by incorrect or incomplete details.
Failed delivery attempts
Our courier partners will attempt delivery up to 3 times. Please include a reachable mobile number so the courier can contact you. If delivery fails after all attempts, the package will be returned to us. Re-shipping may incur an additional shipping charge.
Delivery OTP (if applicable)
For added security, some deliveries may require a one-time password (OTP) sent to your registered mobile number. Share the OTP only with the delivery agent when they are physically at your doorstep, and never over the phone. SCOOBIES is not responsible for misuse of an OTP shared before the delivery is handed over.
